Please assist with my credit card account as

i pay monthly but the amount owing is still remaining the same, it doesn't reduce at all as I fail to understand.

I am not happy as I am paying for nothing, I've been monitoring this account monthly on the internet and amount it's been R16k since last year and even now it is still the same. I am even thinking of going to

CPA and spreading this on all social networks that people must not even think of taking a credit card with Absa because they will pay for the rest of their lives.

i fail to understand why do I pay so much interest rate. It means on the minimum payment I do I am only paying off R30 monthly for, y credit card and the rest im making Absa to have millions..i am so sadden by how Absa is treating me as their customer.

Not a happy customer at all.
