I had booked a package with flight center to Egypt and Dubai. When I arrrived in Cairo I was booked into the most apalling hotel, prior to going on this trip I was assured by Chana that it was a 4 star hotel, but instead it should have no stars. I had to then make arrangements while on holiday to find a better hotel. Thereafter we found out it was not safe to remain in Egypt due to the unrest in Country last year December, when i tried to get flight centre to change my plans they were so expensive that I had to find my own means to leave Egypt earlier. I had informed them of this That I was going to leave to Dubai and had purchased my own filghts, leaving egypt, they due to their incompetence and during the december period didn't secure my return flights home which was part of the package was cancelled and then Chana had flight center told me I had to now pay for them to reinstate us to same flights returning home. Chana was rude and refuse to accept blame for their miscommunication and I had to pay the price and then purchase return flights home
