ON 13/12/2013 FNB DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FO SMARTSPEND OF R357 AND R1354. WHICH LEFT MY ACCOUNT IN A NEGATIVE BALANCE.THIS TOOK AWAY MY LAST R1000 I HAD TO LAST ME TILL PAY DAY ON 19/12/2013.THEY LITTERALLY MY MONEY.MY ACCOUNT IS DEBIOTED EVERY MONTH ON 25.BUT THIS MONTH I WAS SO SPECIAL THEY DEBITTED ME ON 13/12/2013 WAY BEFORE PAY DAY.THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK NOW, MY ACCOUNT IS IN OVERDRAFT NOW, AND I AM LIABLE FOR THIS.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, I WNAT MY MONEY BACK NOW, I CALLED A CONSULATANT THEY SAID I MUST WAIT 72HOURS TO GET MY MONEY BACK, BUT IT TOOK THEM 12 DAY EARLY AND VEY QUICK TO ROB ME OF MY MONEY.I WNAT MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW.
