I applied for a personal loan, and it turns out my documents were not sent to FNB smart spend department. When smart spend calls me for the documents I call the branch as I wasn't given a copy of the loan agreement contract, after calling approx 7 times and leaving countless messages the consultant that initially helped on saturday tells me she can't find the contract I signed and would email me a new contract to sign. The day has reached its end and I still haven't received the email with the contract... Also if the bank is loosing contracts that clients sign, how safe is our money in their care exactly!!!?
