Poor service at Standard Bank Brakpan

This happens nearly every time i am at the branch.
On 11.10.13 I entered the bank at 10:13 with 12 people in front of me. After 35 Minutes of waiting I reached the teller. On most of my visits there are only 2 tellers. When I left the teller there were 22 customers.
I approached a bank official and he said I must fill in a complaint form and I did. My reference number is 68853. I am still waiting for a response
on 17.10.13 I phone customer relations and spoke to Olla, and she said that i will get feedback withing 1-5 days
The reference number is: 55508790. I am still waiting and waiting and waiting
There is a lack of management

You should hear some of the comments people in the ques made
When I visited the bank at Carnival mall there's always a minimum of 4 tellers and there is never a problem with service
