I phoned the inbound lines to make payment arrangements but I'm still getting harassed with phone calls despite saying I do not wish to be called anymore! There's something called the CPA (consumer protection act) which I dont think the personal loans call centre has heard of! I am extremely off at getting calls despite saying umpteen times I dont want them!!! I make an effort to pay and I pay but I still get treated like a criminal... and being called and harassed at all odd times of the dau and night doesnt count either (cpa contravention) if that's yhe the way you people wish to treat your clients then I feel sorru for you! Another question... whu am I still being harassed for payment after 2 years even though my pre agreement said 18 months (I took the loan in nov 2011)
