Excellent Customer Service on Burglery Ins Claim

It gives me great pleasure in commending and recommending Mr Thabo Ungerer, Insurance Assessor sent by Woolworths Insurance, to assess my insurance claim for a burglary.

On the 14th of Dec 2013, 2 burglars broke into my house and attempted to strangle me before locking me in my bedroom taking whatever valuables they could carry. Mr Ungerer not only sympathized with my sensitive situation but was kind and gentle in explaining the tedious but necessary requirements to complete the claim forms.

Not only was Mr Ungerer punctual, polite, compassionate, thorough, professional and appreciatively sensitive, but he went the extra mile in finalizing my claim in a satisfactory turnaround time with a very satisfactory settlement amount.

Hopefully I will never have to live through this type of ordeal again... but if I did, I would feel absolutely comfortable in having Mr Ungerer finalise my claim.

Mr Ungerer is a keeper and gets a 10/10 rating for service excellence.
I feel very blessed by having him cross my path and wish him much success on his life path.
