Terrible attitude

If I knew then what I know now, I would NEVER have accepted the vehicle finance from Standard bank.
I tried trading in my car for a new model, and there was a mix up with the settling of the outstanding amount. After endless explaining it to the Vehicle finance department, they didn't understant. However, I made the monthly installment on the 13th Dec just before 2 the afternoon.
Now today I received a call thet my car is now in arrears with over R7000 rand. Could Standard bank PLEASE provide your staff with better training.
Clearly there is no comunication between the accounts department and collections. How do they normally pick up payments.? That's not all. Oftntse Moilwa, who on earth gives you the right to tell a car dealership that my car is in arrears, when they asked you a settlement amount? That is personal info, and has nothing to do with the dealer! If Standard bank done they're JOBS, she would have noticed that there was a problem with the trancfer of the settlement funds. This is the las time I will ever accept Standard Bank vehicle finance. I have a good mind and change banks all together. Usless service! Usless bank!
