On the last two consecutive months you company has debited my bank account with three premiums/debits relating to your products. I have never signed up for your policies and never given your company authority to debit my account. I do not know where you got my details frm. My bank has reversed out the debits on both occasions.
I have tried phoning you Client Service complaints department but on the first instance I waited twenty one minutes and then the line was cut off. As I write this I am now holding for fifteen and a half minutes trying to get to one of your consultants for the second time.
Surely after a debit is reversed by a bank account holder, you query with your customer who owns the policies and the details are corrected?
