I was on the verge of closing my FNB platinum account as i could not understand how the account worked. After calling Fnb and even premier banking i still was left in the dark. I then decided to go to the bank, and i must that Mr. Samuel and his team helped me out alot in explaining how it worked and the benefits there off, i must say it changed my mind and made me realised why i switched to fnb all those years ago... thanks
