FNB U DEFINITLY NEED TO UP YOUR GAME

We opened an NPO ACCOUNT with FNB in 2011 at the Fordsburg branch in Johannesburg no profiles were loaded nothing then we needed to move the acc to Durban so we were told all members of the NPO will have to be at the branch at the same time so we went to durban in January this year went and transfered account and made changes with Meloshini who was extremely arrogant and clueless she said to my mum who is also a member that in 2 weeks you could pick the card up (what card? i understand NPOS only receive cheque books) i called Meloshini in March to confirm changes she did confirm said everything was fine then today my mum calls and the lady at card collection says the account is still in Fordsburg has not moved and there is no card... I am holding my breadth that she atleast had the decency to update the members...

What the is going on? please sort this out as we cannot get all the members to sit at your incompetent office and sign papers update information but then it doesnt really get done.

All this going on but you still take money for fees!!!

FNB your motto should be how can i make my clients fools!!!
