Adequate feedback not received after 1 month

I have requested a special settlement figure from nedbank early in November, after being given the run around, I finally spoke to a great consultant on the 26 November and requested the special settlement, he advised he needed motivation via email which I provided, but after almost two weeks he still did not receive any feedback from management, who are as far as i have been advised or am aware never in the office. The reason for me requesting this was I am unable to afford the instalement and was receiving aid with my debt, because of the lack of response i lost all forms of assistance. I then requested to restructure the account so that the instalement would be adjusted drastically, avoiding my name being listed on itc and the account falling further in arrears, to date no response has been received, i only received a response that this would be considered but can not be gaurenteed but only in January or February. I ask then what happens for the next few months. I have never received the run around when all I am trying to do is ensure i can make payment and trying to get someone that can respond in proper english to me, as everything I have received is putrid.
