I called to amend my policy and the call was answered almost immediately. I gave my details and was transferred to Nazerene Lutchman. I did not have to repeat the same information again as she had my details ready. She was warm, friendly and professional. In less than 5 minutes my amended policy was emailed to me. My faith in Call Centres has been restored to a small degree
