Absa PPHL is "suppose" to be an employee benefit to me and is there to assist with property purchases. Or so i thought. Since i started this application, i have received very Bad Customer Service. Since the 23rd Nov, No one gave me feedback after being told that a consultant will call. I was the one calling and asking for feedback, got through to the same consultants (Nomsa and Busi) who could not help me at all. I had to resend docs that were unclear and this was discovered through my efforts in calling! To date i still dont know the outcome of the application and no sense of urgency or customer service is shown by this dept. This has affected my own reputation because i cant give feedback to the owners of the property i wish to purchase. I am going to make my employer aware of this and also advise them to look at other banks that are willing to provide a better service. Hopefully now my query will be dealt with and someone will call me.
