I applied for a consultant to call me regarding the gold value bundle on 29 April 2013. A consultant did call me back, and checked my details, and said that everything was in process, but gave me no indication how the process would run from there onwards. I haven't had any feedback on where the application is, and when it will be processed, or when I will be added to the Value Bundles program I enquired about it on the Absa website at the beginning of last week, no response, not even an automated one stating they received my query.
Then I enquired via email on 10 May 2013, got a response saying they will investigate, but still nothing further.

Absa, please investigate this, and get back to me. I've been a loyal customer with you (and back when it was still Volkskas Bank) since I was 8 years old, I don't have any accounts at any other bank, everything is at Absa, and up until now, I've never even considered switching banks. Please respond if someone asks you a question!
