Good day, on Monday I sent an email to your general email address to explain that I am currently unemployed, and unable to make any payments on my credit card. They responded and asked that I phone their call centre, whereupon I requested a call back. Due to my financial circumstances I'm not able to phone. Someone phoned me back, when she found out that it's with regards to my credit card she said no I must speak to someone else and must phone another number. I have said I'm unable to call. Please can you get someone from your credit card division to phone me so I can make temporary arrangements? Thanks!
