Instalment Arrangement

I phoned Nedbank Personal Loans in Nov 2013 to make arrangements for my personal loan to be reduced as I am on maternity leave & will only be back at work in February 2014. They took the arranged amount in Nov & now suddenly in Dec they took the whole instalment. I phoned them to clear it out with them, they told me they never knew anything about me going onto maternity leave & that I made arrangements for 3 months. Apparently they phoned me some time in Nov 20:00 at night & they said I hung up. Why on earth will they phone me at that time? I mean they don't respect peoples' privacy & family time. They could have called me during the day. Now I have to wait 2 working days for them to come back at me with an answer because they have to listen to the voice recording regarding the arrangement. Now I have to wait, which is unfair & now I do not have money for my babies' needs. What do I do, because screaming & shouting is not working for me???
