Call Centre is not working

I took a Blackberry with FNB in February 2013, it stopped functioning about three weeks ago. I contacted FNB for repairs under warranty. They emailed me a financial statement of the phone that I had to take to the nearest CellC store, which I did. On Tuesday the 10th of December, I received a call from CellC personnel explaining that the I bought the phone in 2012 and therefore is no longer under warranty and I will have to pay for the repair fees. I found out that the financial statement was written incorrectly. I then tried to contact FNB to send me a financial statement with the correct date of purchase. The number that I called is 0877367270 and option 2. I have been placed on hold for the past 4 days with every call being anything from 5 to 10 minutes. If I try to choose any other option I an told it is the incorrect section even though I explain my frustration... I cannot get to FNB and therefore cannot get my phone.
