No action taken regarding my requests

They did not cancel a credit card which I did not want in the first place (told me I must take it if I want a loan - the loan being the only thing I wanted in the first place) said it was a "combo" I qualify for.. Second, they moved this month's debit to the 13th (which is today), but two weeks before hand, I received the sms informing me that they would move it.. So I went to the branch, and requested that they move it to the 20th, because i'm only getting paid my salary then.. They confirmed it that they had changed it.. But, today I received a sms from my banker saying that I must fund my account, because the debit order of african bank could not go off.. So they did not change anything! I had to pay to cancel previous mentioned credit card, AND I lost money with unnecessary billing charges.. I am DEEPLY dis-satisfied with their services.
