I applied for a holiday plan in December and it was approved. On the 28 February the money was debuted in my account and I called customer assist and I even sent emails and it was confirmed that I will be refunded, I was asked to send proof that it went off because at the time it was not reflecting of which I did.
Its almost two weeks and I am still waiting for my refund, I have been calling almost everyday because the consultants keeps telling me it will be refunded after a day or so. I called on Friday and I was told the email was sent to Cheslyn and he is the one delaying it, I don't understand why I am being taken from pillar to post with my money as if I am applying for a loan.
This is really unprofessional because everyone I talk to keep lying to me as if I need to be refunded money that will make the bank to be bank rupt. I am not happy with their service and it has inconvenienced me a lot. I even called them today and I got the same response as usual, they said I will be refunded before the end of the day and am still waiting. Even on Friday the consultant I spoke to said she will make sure this Cheslyn guy calls me and he never did.
