Money randomly dissapears

My consultant took a deposit bag to the bank with money inside for a deposit and change, the teller opened the bag and processed the deposit. My Consultant asked about the change and she said there was no money for the change.

He came back to the shop told me what happened and I immediately went there to get this rectified. I spoke to "oom Louis". He closed the cashier and started counting the money.

When they were done counting "oom louis" said it is not their mistake, so I went back to my office.

I watched our camera footage to see what had happened with the money.
On the footage you can clearly see the amount that was counted and sealed inside the bag and it was the correct amount. The cashier agreed that she broke the seal on the bag so there was no tampering with the money.

How can the amount of money change from my shop to the bank in a sealed bag.

Please rectify this asap
