Yesterday, 18 November, I transferred money from my Cheque account to my Credit card account. The transaction went through, and it reflected on my Credit card account.
This morning, all of a sudden it didn't reflect on my credit card anymore, even though the deposit shows on the transaction history.
When I called the call centre, the first person I spoke to put me through to the card division hotline, which turned out to be a fax line or something. Eventually I manage to get the card division telephone line. When I finally got where I needed to be, all of a sudden I needed a telephone banking pin number, which I've never had.
I really hoped I could get through 2013 without complaining about ABSA, but here we are once again.
