Hi
I sent through my documents yesterday regarding my retrenchment and want my personal smart loan to be paid off with my insurance. Still have not received response and I have tried calling and the consultants kept saying they didn't receive the documents.
I faxed over 20 times the following:
retrenchment letter
certificate of service
ID copy
That's all they asked for. Am I paying the insurance for nothing?
I expect a reply soon and this loan account to be paid off by my insurance. Otherwise I am going to cancel my current account and ask my family to do so as well.
