Annuity payment was due on the 01/12/13, but not received. I had made enquiries with cape town office on 06/12/13 but received no response/ firm answer to this issue as I was put through to the call centre. Also visited my financial advisor in durban who sent emails to high value distribution service centre on 10/12/13, response received that they are tracing a tracking number hv6292249 but received no firm answer to what has transpired.
I am a disatisfied client who expects a better investigation to my enquiry and confirmation when would this problem be solved and payment received into my banking account.
Would appreciate a speedy reply as I have to settle various accounts.
