Phoned OUTsurance 28th November 2013 and processed claim with Melissa Stoffels for storm damage/earthquake to flower bed in front of dwelling and boundary wall on east side of dwelling.
Melissa sent an sms shortly with claim no: 104 969 741

Received an sms from OUTsurance: I quote - OUTsurance claim number 104 969 741 authorised: Big 6 Tel (011) 673 30437will be in contact shortly. Excess payable R 1850.00. OUTbonus forfeited amount R 2098.00

04th December 2013

I contacted Big 6 left message with Ivy as I was informed that Brenda will be handling the building claim.

05th December 2013

I left a message with Boni @ 8h15 for Melissa to contact me.
I left a further message with Morebudi @ 9h32.

I phoned Brenda at Big 6 she informed me that she had sent two emails to Melissa informing OUTsurance that they were too hectic and overloaded with building claims to deal with our claim.

Which I found very unprofessional.

Melissa returned my call and informed me that the claim was authorized and that Big 6 will not be able to asiist with the above claim and advised that I
