Disgusting service from ABSA Insurance

I have been trying to contact ABSA insurance for 2 weeks, as we had a hail damage claim, which they approved as a cash payout. This payout was due to the fact hat we had quotes or repaired roof damage to avoid further damage during the storms that week. 2 weeks ago I submitted a signed form on which they were supposed to pay out the value as stated on this release document. To date I have no payment, sent over 8 emails to the consultant to whom I had to submit the signed document, as well as their Action line, and all of these have been read, as I have the read receipt for all the email. I have also tried to call them but put the phone down after 30-40 minutes of hearing "all our consultants are unavailable". Well the whole company is useless as I have had NO response from the consultant NOR Action line. I eventually phoned the action line hoping to get some Action (ha ha) no reaction, no response... If one defaults payment to a bank they are on your case very quickly but when they have to pay out they just don't bother to respond.
