FNB - Made me feel I am a

On Tuesday morning while driving to work I received a SMS telling me I just paid for fuel. I got to the office and went straight to a meeting forgetting about the incident. Making a long story short, I forgot about it until today and logged on to my banking account to view the transaction and then saw another transaction of R57made yesterday. Phoning the department I told the guy that on Tuesday there was a transaction and yesterday that I did not make. He first question was "Why did you only phone us now? "Then he cancelled my card and told me ok its cancelled and I would get a new one in 7 days! He was so rude, just putting down the phone and doing some typing and then after a minute or two pickup again and say something in a manner to make me feel I am the here, then while asking me questions puts down the phone and just lets me wait for a minute or two again. I asked him to tell me the time of both transactions to witch he replied "no, you got the sms, you can see on there" He said I ge cant give it to me. He said no, and said thanks have a nice day and put down the phone. So now I must wait a week for a card, OR "go to the bank and get a temp card for R55"
