I have dialled your CS 0860 number several times. To qualify to speak to a human I am required to type in my card number and pin number (?) - Each time I have done this I have been told that my card number is not correct. I am 100% sure that I typed the information correctly. This means I cannot resolve my query unless I go into a branch. For a working person this is not an option until Saturday. I have been a customer for many years and this is not what I expect of you. Do not make other banks look more attractive!! There is an error on my account and I would like it resolved today.
