After numerous requests for a statement for almost 2 months, I hereby wish to log a formal complaint.
The services provided by NSFAS is utterly appalling!
I have religiously paid my outstanding balance of over R13 000 since 2010.
When I now request bank details and a final statement of account in order to finalise my account and have it closed, that same courtesy is not returned.
I was advised that there have been system upgrades and that it has caused a bit of issues on your end - which is fine but not at the expense of students who have been paying and have to repeatedly ask for assistance.
I received a call on Friday from a consultant at your offices promising to send me all the necessary details by COB that day - I am still waiting.
I refuse to pay any incurred fees which have been added after my last debit order on 1 October as I have requested the remaining balance to be confirmed as per my calculations
