NO BANK STATEMENTS AND YOU STILL CHARGING INTEREST

Good Day

My name is Ansar Cader and I am trying to pay the outstanding balance of the NSFAS account of my wife "Fatiemah Cader" I have requested my statements to be sent to me but no one makes the effort to either email them or post them to my address for the past year and a half now!

It is disconcerting that NSFAS, being a financial institution, feels that it should mislead people by not affording them the chance of checking their balances. Is NSFAS trying to make people pay until they die?

I feel that it is my duty to pay back NSFAS every legitimate cent I owe them, but how will I do this if I don't know how much I owe them and when I might finish paying them. It is utterly frustrating dealing with NSFAS as the section on their website that should allow you to check balances is always "under construction" and the call centre people that work for you are helpless.

I have basically made an effort to call the call centre at least twice every week for the past three months, but have gotten nowhere!!! I need a refund on my account for either the interest you are charging me and the months which I have missed.
