I can't get hold of NSFAS to access my outstanding balance and to set up repayment options!
I was studying from 2009-2012 and want to start repayments this year (2013) but have not received any statements at my old address (my parents still stay there) and cannot contact NSFAS to change my particulars, access my balance and set-up repayments!
Please let me know how I can firstly find out my outstanding balance and secondly how I can set-up repayments?
