I am currently unemployed and FNB refuses to put the loan on hold for 3 months. I have never defaulted on payment and I find it bad customer service. Next time I will use ABSA as my bank.
the only option they could give me is pay the arrears which is unacceptable.
I had to put the loan on my mothers account in order not to default.
My parents has been banking with ABSA and hasn't had a day's problem. When my parents was in trouble they put their loan on hold for 3 months until all was sorted.
