I was informed on 02/12/2013 that funds were transferred to card ending on 6512. I immediate phoned Your card, explaining that the specific card has been lost and that another card was issued to me, which logged the problem to Santam for assistance, I once again phoned Santam on Fiday 06/12/2013 about the problem, whereby they assured me that the funds will be transferred to the right account within 48 hours (working days}. Today, Wednesday, I once again phoned Santam for assistance, where the operator told me that she would follow up with Your card.
This problem is taking too long to be resolved, costing me a lot of air time explaining continuously.
