BAD SERVICE

Initial Credit Card application done 23 Oct 2013 on-line, never processed. I called again and did 3x quotations (different dates on my cost as FNB never calls or claims they did but can't get hold of me) which all were approved and I was assured my card would be delivered to the branch or my home within 3 - 5 working days - since 23 Oct it has been 35 working days (and counting) and I have yet to have received any feedback or progress on the processing of the request or when I would receive my card. I have never had such bad service from ANY other bank before. Being transferred from one department to the next - people should be able to assist you when you call into a call centre??!! Maybe multiskilling your agents would help not frustrating customers in this manner. All the ads on tv and radio claim of the fast & effective service - this is not at all what I have experienced from FNB!!
