I AM STILL WAIT FOR MY CLAIM TO BE PAID OUT AND ACCORDING TO SANTAM THIS WAS DONE ON THE 18th OF JULY 2013 ON TO THE CLAIMS CARD. IN WITCH I CONTACTED THE CLAIMS CARD YESTERDAY AND THEY TOLD ME THERE IS NO MONEY IN THE QUEUE TO BE LOADED ONTO MY CLAIMS CARD. HOURS LATER AND NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO MY BROKER TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WENT WRONG AND WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHEN THE ACTUAL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE. WAY COULDN'T THEY JUST PAY IT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AS I AM SURE THERE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM.
