Robbed but no real payout on specified goods

I'm insured by Dial Direct and claims handled by Telesure:
My Car was broken into. Stuff was. First thing I did was call the cops. ofcourse they never rocked up.
I then called dial direct to log the claim. I hadn't actually opened the car for fear of smudging the fingerprints.
The agent was rude and kept asking me what I was actually calling for if I didn't know yet what was. I tried to explain to him that I was waiting for cops to arrive.
my boot was completely full so I had hid some items under my drivers seat. This was.
the tried to get the back seats down to gain access to the boot. He didn't have time. So now dial direct will not pay out for the items that were.
It took the 19seconds to remove radio, clear out the cabbyhole and search the car for goods. I have footage, his face, everything. Dial Direct are Charging me R750 for a small window replacement and R750 for the radio. They will pay out R1500 for the lot. Explain to me how this works!?
I used to promote Dial Direct to ALLL my friends explaining that they took personal interest in their clients and went the extra mile. Great Service Guys! not. Time to scout around.
