It is the umpteenth time that I have had issues with Absa and am I sick and tired of the quality of service rendered by their Centurion branch and the call centers. I recently collected a new savings card as my previously one was old and worn and was my entire portfolio suppose to stay is it was. The teller linked my savings account to my cheque account and are all transactions now going of my cheque account. I called the platinum call centre to fix their error only to be informed that I have to go into the branch. This is unneccesary and do I not have the time to go to the bank time and time again untill my requests have been carried out correctly. My cheque and credit card was cloned earlier this year and was I suprised to hear that the cloned card that was cancelled telephonically was in fact never cancelled. Absa, you are not rendering a service but is it a frustration dealing with your employees!
