I needed money to be transferred from Liberty into my account, I was promised that I would be emailed the forms to fill out must sign them and send them back immediately... 10 hours later I am still awaiting the emial. They also take 5 working days to put the money into your account whereas Allan Gray and Stanlib take 24 to max 48 hours to do so... am very dissapointed with the service and Liberty Life, only wish I had taken the woman's name to write it into this report of how dissapointed I am.
