I have never come across such terrible service as the one that I have consistently been receiving from RCS cards call centre and their systems. I got tired of, whenever I make a payment, is not being picked up by their system and I constantly get irritating and harassing call from their rude agents, whenever I call to get them to rectifier the one mistake, they forever tell you that they will call you back, and never do, and when you call them again with the same matter they supposed to have called you About, you get another person who will ask you the same question that the previous one asked you. As I am tired and irritated of all this bad service and being sent from post to pillar and getting my name dragged on the mud at the Credit beaux, I decided to pay my account as quickly as I can so I can terminate my accounting with this RCS.to my bad fortune, I made a mistake of paying them more than what I was supposed to. Now it's back to a mouse and cat chase to get this RCS people to pay me back and send me a letter stating that my account has been closed. Instead every time I call to make an enquiry, I have to be holding for close to 30plus minutes, being asked the same questions.
