I recently complained on Hello Peter that Bruma Finance wanted to take a debit order on the 23rd of the month even though I got paid on the 25th. After posting the complaint someone called me and told me this was corrected and it would be taken on the 26th. HOWEVER ON THE 23RD THEY STILL TOOK THE DEBIT ORDER. Now they have the nerve to take a second debit on the 31st. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU CANNOT SIMPLY TAKE THE INSTALLMENT TWICE IN ONE MONTH. I must say Bruma Finance is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I want a prompt response and my money back asap.
