Outsurance
Other car's fault, but no damages paid out

On 4 Oct. 2012 just after 8am, my wife and I were on our way from town in Chris Hani street in Klerksdorp in a 1982 Volkswagen Passat stationwagon, registration no. BCK583NW. My wife (C.M. van Rooyen) was driving. Crossing the Pagel Becker bridge straight over a green light, a Toyota Corolla, reg. no. FKB422NW, came from the opposite direction and turned right (the Corolla's right) in front of us instead of waiting for us to cross the green light. A collision was unavoidable. My car was irreparably damaged. The Corolla was insured at Outsurance. The no. of my claim against Outsurance was 88939068. The response of the Outsurance agent (Zamani, call ref 18936459) was that no claim would be paid out. The only clearly stated reason to me was that the innocent party was 25% guilty of the collision. I feel that I'm entitled to a part of the claim. Being a pensioner, any amount can be of help in obtaining a car again. I therefore will appreciate your help in bringing about the payment of a fair part of such a claim.
