Lack of response to emails to various addresses

I have emigrated and am trying to settle my loan as my South African bank account, from which they debit, is about to be closed. I have emailed 3 times, to various email addresses supplied by the website and in response to my monthly statement. I have not received a single response. I urgently need to know how much to pay and what proceedure to follow and am getting no where with my requests. I can not call and need to deal with this via email. Sanlam, please can you respond.
