My wife was bumped by an outsurance client, and the outsurance client was bumped by another vehicle which resulted in the outsurance client hitting my wife's car for the scond time.
we went to three panelbeaters and they all quoted in the region of R16K for reparirs to the damages on my wife's vehicle, after our complaint on outsurance wants an amicable settlement which amounts to 20% of the quoted values for repairs. i do not understand how they came up with that amount, we were told to claim the rest of the amount from the third party. they are supposed to claim from the third party not us because the third party did not bump my wife's car.
we are getting fed up with these delay tactics because my wife and child are driving in an unsafe vehicle due to outsurance's delay tactics. this demonstrates the calibre of this company. this situation is creating unecessary stress for us, and my wife is already receiving treatment for stress related illness; i would like to appeal to outsurance to do the moraly right thing. because we are foreigners we will not accept this kind of unfair treatment and i have just about had enough.
