On 04 December i wrote an email to Discovery insure to find out why there deducted my account on the 01 December while i did made an arrangement for my account to be deducted on the 15 of each month because i getting paid on the 15. yesterday i received a call from Phumzile Mnisi in respect of my mail dated 04 Dec, i expalained to her my point & she did not listen to me but enforcing her point that i must pay double instalment in Dec, which means i have to pay in 01 & 15 Dec which was not my fault but discovery problem because i did request while i was signing for discovery insure. please rectify this problem i cant afford to pay double instalments in December month where expenses are much high due to Christmas shopping & kids shopping.
my reference number for my mail is: 3111230671 & my policy number is 4000381246 & id number is 7106155752080.
