As per my previous complaint - Discovery insure is trying to extort money from clients by claiming that they cannot process debit orders after the 1st of every month with out doing a double debit! why do people have to fund discovery insure and how come can they not run debit orders from the 7th of the month like the rest of the world. todate NO ONE from discovery has had the guts to contact me to even try sort this matter out - i am disgusted at the false promises made and the pathetic or shall we say lack of backbone and business ethic to deal with the problem at hand. discovery insure should not be in this buiness if thye cannot do what they say they will do. i will be taking the matter up with the ombutsman as well as the NCA.
