Very bad attitude

My account has been closed by fnb. I went back twice to open it. It is hard for me to find proof of address cause I have no accounts. after trying to figure something out for three days I go back this morning and talk to maryke. she tells me I cant activate account because of wrong proof of address document . im frustrated and she tells me if im not happy I must go to capitec. I cannot open another specific account cause im white. she asks me if I live in squatter camp. account is only for them.
