I've been a client of RCS for years and always make my payments a week or two early. This month my payment was paid on 26 Nov for December and after 3 calls to the call centre and after an email with my proof of payment and a follow up call confirming my reference was swopped around on Absa Internet Banking and to allocate my payment still nothing was allocated and an sms was sent to me that my payment was due by the 1st. Allocate my payment as this is not good enough.
