I called at 20h30 on Saturday night and the call center assigned the first plumber, I think the lady's name was Kate, might be wrong. She even made the time to follow up with the first plumber (as this plumber dropped the ball and made no contact with me)
She called me back a few minutes later to say she got another plumber to come, and AGAIN no need for me to follow up with an ETA. The guys then arrived at 22h15, finished by 22h50.
I would like to say "Thank you, and that I am totally blown away by the service"
