Last payment decucted twice and now not refunding

My last debit order of R646 was deducted plus a debit order if R661 now when I phone them about it, client services only tells me the money was paid back but I still did not receive anything from them. I have phoned last week several times without any luck and I'm still waiting for my money. Saturday I got hold of someone there again just tp hear she cannot assist me and she will phone me back yesterday. I'm still waiting
