Home choice calling 10 a day

Hello Peter
Can you please assist me my brother bought on my name at home choice for about 3 months he didn't pay the account so I phoned Michelle from home choice so that she can load a debit order on my account that was on December 2012 on my phone I received a message that the payment went off on my phone I phoned the next day spoke to Michelle to confirmed that the payment went off and according to Michelle from account department the debit order went off and my account is up to date after I spoke to brother he told me that he reversed the money back into his account I phoned Michelle again and told her the money that they took off was reversed back into my brothers bank account she told me no I don't have to worry the debit order went off on my phone I receive every month a messages from home choice to confirm and thank me for payment received on the account but the will call about 10 a day to find out when will there be payment made on my the account they keep on sending messages on my phone that the account is paid some times they will phoned me 7pm at night to find out when I will pay the account according to the cpalaw they are only allowed to phone between 8am and 5p
